A new moon marks the beginning of a new cycle and the end of the one before; in cosmic terms, it symbolizes fresh starts, new beginnings, and the potential for growth and transformation.
When seen this way, it can become an opportunity to pause, reflect, and plant the seeds of what we wish to grow in our lives.
For me, this doesn’t feel like the rigidity of goal setting or the reciting of affirmations — it’s more of a quiet sensing of what is calling me into a greater relationship with myself (and therefore the world).
Maybe it’s a small shift, a tender hope, or a deeper grounding of what already is. In all cases, it requires quieting my busy mind and trusting a deeper, persistent knowing.
Here are a few questions I’m exploring under this moon ~ maybe some will touch you too:
- What is ready to take root within me?
- What wants to come through me and into this world?
- What do i no longer need to be afraid of?
- What is one small thing i can do today to move myself closer to that potential?
You can sit quietly with these questions, letting them wash over you, or use them as journal prompts allowing them to guide you to others that feel most true for you.
Giving ourselves permission to grow in our own ways is profoundly freeing and expansive, often opening us to a deeper sense of wonder and connection.
cheers to exploring together under this new moon.
