Kelly Mulcair is a writer, lawyer and holistic nutritionist based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is the creator, writer, photographer and recipe developer behind Inspired Edibles.
As the regular contributing writer of Nutrition and Wellness features for Moods Magazine, Kelly authored over 40 articles for the Toronto based publication with a national circulation. Moods Magazine was Canada’s premiere publication dedicated to supporting individuals (and their families) living with mood disorders, including: depression; anxiety; bipolar disorder; seasonal affective disorder; addictions and eating disorders.
An alumni teacher of the Canadian National Institute of Health, Kelly continues to share her passion for holistic health with individuals of all ages and stages of life, inspiring them to uncover their unique paths to wellness.
